Refund and Returns Policy

30-DAY RETURN PERIOD: You have a generous 30 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect your items right away. If you discover any defects or damages, or if the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately. We will address the issue promptly and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Non-Returnable Items:

For health or safety reasons, we are unable to give back some things. These items include those that expire quickly, custom-made items, and hazardous materials. Please contact us if you have any questions about the returnability of your item.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want. This ensures the quickest turnover for receiving the new item.

European Union Cooling Off Period:

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without needing to provide any reason. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply.

Refunds:

Once we get your return and look it over, we’ll let you know right away whether your refund was approved or denied. If the return is accepted, it will be handled and sent back to the way you paid the first time within 10 business days. If you send it back, we’ll return the money to the way you paid the first time within 10 business days. Check with your bank or credit card company to see how long it takes to process refunds.
